Condensation or leak

Hi wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a normal pool of water from condensation coming from pipes. Or does it look more like a leak? Am I best cleaning it all up then trying to identify any small leaks? Thanks

Might sound daft but how would you recommend to pin point where the leaks coming from? There’s quite a few fittings from the kitchen tap down to the bottom cupboard.

Best replace them all

Replace them all with copper pipe and fittings its only a small job for a plumber, it will future proof from any more leaks water will always find the weakest point and leak again . Kop
