DAB Esytank 3/4" ballvalve temperamental operation

Evening all, have any of you had this issue? I recently installed a DAB Esytank (480 ltr accumulator) and Esybox pump and the Esytank has overflowed a few times now. I'll probably change the DAB ballvalve for a brass Pt2 one.
Appreciate any advice.

Have always found DAB technical very helpful mate, well worth a call.

Thanks Shaun, it's Norwich and water is very hard, however it's feed via a softener.

A phone call works best I`ve found, and yes agree about the hardness in EA but yours is via a softener.
