Danfoss room thermostat TP5000 trouble-shooting

Hi I was just looking for a bit of help about a problem I'm having with danfoss TP5000 room thermostats.. The cust is complaining about the heating coming on and off whenever it feels like it. She has said even when the temperature is set to the lowest possible and no programs are running it still comes on and off randomly. Has anyone ever had any similar problems or any ideas on what it could be.. Seems to be happening on two other Coach houses on this development

Afraid not, she runs with the default programme so when she want the house warm it set at 20 but the lowest it is set to is 15

I have a Danfoss TP5000RF (not the Si model) and it keeps shutting the boiler off in the mornings meaning that I need to restart the boiler. Can you let me know how I can solve this problem? I cannot find any reset button to return it to the factory settings and when I look for the user manual it only gives me the Si model which I don't have.

Hi can i have advice.my danfoss t5000 si is showing a symbol showing like a battery with shaded area in it like battery full life but it flashing replaced batteries and pressed reset but it wont let me put heating on...pls help
