Distinct lack of hot water from any tap!

Hello all you happy plumbers, firstly a hello and friendly wave.

I arrive at the forum after pulling hair and much gnashing of teeth due to my lack of hot water!

I, over the summer installed a couple of rads, bathroom and living room (vertical job), I had a fernox tf1 installed and new grunflos pump..so far so good.
The last week I've not been getting any hot water from any tap. Except if I run the immersion and heat the cylinder, so I can get by.

I did some research (Google/ You tube) and the evidence pointed to broken motorised valve (2 port).

I replaced that easily enough but the problem still persists. :angry_smile:

It's a pressurised system, heating is OK. I now suspect big lot of air in system?

Any ideas via the collective mind of plumbers.

get a pro heating eng in to sort it out

Excellent, I got it sorted.

I removed the jamboree clip from the sylph convertor, bypassed the way-fair coupling and spliced a new grommet on the the vertical up-shaft. Instant sucess.
