Diverter problem but unsure how to proceed.

Hi, I have been having problems with heating and hot water. Originally I noticed radiators coming on with hot water, now hot water doesn't seem to be getting as hot as it should. I have ideal minimiser boiler, but suspect trouble is with danfoss hsa3 or the connected 3 way diverter. How can I more accurately locate the issue? I could probably replace the hsa3 unit myself, but need to get the experts in if it's the valve itself.

Yes, radiators still come on. It's almost as if the valve stuck in one position, then freed and now stuck in another position. I've tried to think of a logical answer but that's all I can come up with.
