Hi,

I've recently moved into the new flat and can't figure out how to use the central heating. It's a Vaillant Iboiker with Drayton SM2 'programmer. I' ve read the instructions but for some reason the central heating does not work, we still get the hot water all the time though. If i want the heating to be set at 4:30am and 5:00pm once a day how should I set it? I use the tappets according to the manual bimut nothing happens. Another question is how to just turn it on when you wabt it to go in straight away without the timer? I believe it's the advance button. The led indicates the heating is on but heaters are stone cold.

Cheers

Matt

If this is a new build flat, you have redress with the building company contact them and get them to sort it out. This will be under the guarantee.

No it's not. I've contacted the landlord and thr plumber is coming tomorrow to sort it out. Many thanks for your help🙂
