I have a dripping hot water bath tap. I have removed the top but underneath is a plastic cap ( see picture) but the cap will not come off to get to the cartridge, and I don't want to force it in case it breaks.
Anybody any ideas on how to remove it, and if it breaks where you would be able to buy a replacement.

thanks for any info on this.

Is that the name of the tap maker/name printed on the front of the sprinkler? I cant quite make it out. Can a screwdriver be placed into the slot just left of centre that might pop the plastic cover off?

The name is Noestahl, but that refers to the sprinkler in the tap( already checked with company and they fit in most taps, so no help from them) and tried putting screwdrivers in all slots to try pop it off.
