anybody come across a problem ive had with the duo-tec 2 all fitted and working perfect so come to do analyser test going thro that ,all good ,then suddenly my analyser goes off the scale, high co 1100 ppm ect press escape and it just goes back to to normal it comes back down to normal quickly dont think its my analyser as just had it calibrated a month ago this has happened on 7 of these ga boilers now rung baxi theyve never heard of it ,anyone else had it happen

i know they have very slow ignition on these, you always get a wiff of gas out the flue on startup. Im assuming your running service mode and not while its self testing on startup?

the GA is supposed to test and identify the gas type and adjust to suit. I fitted 30 odd of these earlie this year and about half of them after running its self test mode decided they were on an lpg supply and not natural gas 🙁. I had to go through the menu system and alter them back to natural gas mode. Stupid.

no its in service mode not start up it gone thro all that ok,but wat am on about is very hard to expalin with out seeing it for yourself its happened on everyone one ive fitted and happens out the blue for no reason then just as quick as it happens it goes back to normal the only reason ave not switched any of them off is because there room sealed and it probs wouldnt happen infront of the heatteam and ad get charged

been on a job this week with baxi neta tecs or whatever they are called. The engineers on site have had baxi/heateam out more than 20 times in the last 3 - 4 months with new boiler problems. One heateam engineer when called out because boiler would not gas rate correctly and said why bother with the gas rate, if the hot water gets hot i would not worry 🙁

this is why i try to avoid baxi, very poor service and alot of excuses.
