electric shower with hot water tap feed ?

Hi, i wondered if there is an electric shower which can also run a hot water tap from (if you know what i mean?). Basically im fitting a shower in an outbuilding with only a cold water supply so wondered if i can also run a hot tap off the same electric shower?

Just seen this - is it what im looking for?

why not install a small multipoint ?

I would not try to run a hot tap off an electric shower.
If you have the shower controller turned on, and a tap further down the line turned off, I fear the shower controls may well be damaged.
Why not just run a separate gas or electric water heater straight off your cold water supply controlled by its own tap.
