Explosive ingnition back solo

I have several baxi solos on yearly service contracts I have noticed lately they have occasional noisey boardering on explosion ingnition this is not all the time? these are stripped and cleaned out heat ex electrodes, ceramic burner hoovered all mi checks done and within acceptable limits , opinions chaps ? wondering if the ceramic burners wear over time ?? Not cheap to replace so looking for more info 🙂 . Cheers kop

Gas valve passing gas when it should be closed allowing a slight build up call for heat boom . Kop
