Issue: Extremely low pressure or dripping hot water coming through the taps

Solar HWS:
Thermosiphon Rinnai System K 330L Stainless Steel Tank with 2 SP200BEX collectors

Symptom: A year, intermittent of low pressure or dripping hot water through the taps. Continuous usage of hot water may result in a slightly better pressure. This retains for a few weeks, and the same issue occurs again.

Actioned: Replaced Non-Return Valve, Pressure Limiting Valve, Tempering Valve. It was found that the Tempering Valve has a blockage (plumber’s tape) in the filter. The filter was replaced and the hot water pressure was better but not full. After replacing the Pressure Limiting Valve, the hot water pressure was back to normal.

7 months later, the same issue re-occurred again. I am stumped!

It would be appreciated, if anyone can diagnose what could cause the same issue?

Thank you

Top on my list would be more rubbish (e.g. plumber's tape) still in the system. What makes you think you got all of it last time?
