Sorry rpm but I came on this site after failing to find answers elsewhere. i've described my puzzle as best I can and I've been met with a torrent of patronising abuse. No-one seems to have read my descriptions carefully.

That's a better attitude and yes I saw the answers you got from "elsewhere", not somewhere I would seek professional advice from myself but back on track. Sometimes peoples terminology is wrong which causes misunderstandings to occur but a few pictures speak a common language to plumbers. There is a guide to posting photo`s should you be having problems.

I did look and he was still alive at the time of posting and me being such a nice guy (no laughing) I continued to help even though I couldn`t personally.
