hi all i have a combi boiler ferroli f24 just been up stairs to put it on and for some reason the pilot light has gone of it does sound like its trying but theres not spark any help with this thanks all for looking yes i have reset put still nothing

The boiler doesn't have a pilot

Does your hot water work?

no it does not

Have you got credit on your meter?
have you got pressure in your boiler?

If you have and you have reset. This is going to be one for the professionals

yes i do have credit in it and the pressure is ok i have reset it to so looks like a phone call then thanks for looking

Also. Of you look at your meter. If you press the button. It will say ON or OFF in the bottem of the display.

Just check it says ON

If it says off. You will need to phone your supplier.

no but i have noticed that the green pilot like is on but very very low, could it be that its gone below a certain temp thats its automatically gone of till the temp goes back up!!!

You said that the hot water isn't working, if you have no hat water the boiler may not be working properly

ok yes still no hot water will inform you if any change i will leave it till tomorrow and see what happens but i will come on and let you no what happens thanks
