Ferroli HE 31 C - Hot water but no Central Heating

Hi all,

Got a problem with my Ferroli, HE 31c.

The hot water is working perfectly, the boiler starts when a hot tap is swiched on and switches off when the tap is switched off.

I came downstairs tonight and turned the theromstat up and the boiler didn't switch on at all. No error messages at all.

I've switched the power of and on, it's gone through all of the system checks discribed in the manual and didn't come back with any error messages....

This boiler is around 1.5 years old so is still under warrenty, but I wanted to check there isn't anything obvious I need to check.

without looking at a manual could be an external control fault like the room stat or programmer

common fault with this boiler,diverter valve sticks.could give hot water no heating.could give heating no hot water,plastics rule ok,thats what valve is made off,distorts and sticks,if under cover,they will come straight out,if not,sorry you will line there pockets with silver
make sure inhibitor injected into system and system clean or will happen again
