Hi guys, just wanted to say thanks to everyone for your help and guidance. I learnt a lot from this job. Finally got it working the other day. I made a mistake on the wiring of the pcb, put flame rec wire in wrong slot, which is why it kept cutting out.The new ignition electrode was damaged in storage most probably and the spark wasn't reaching the burner, got it changed. CH and DHW both working :cheesy:

well done feller. Must have been quite a stressful time you had. I freak out when i get a call for a faulty boiler as have not really had much experience in it. your persistence paid off. Must be a relief
