Ferroli Optimax HE 31 C - No hot water

Hi hope someone can else me!!
running the hot water tap and the temp display is rising but then it shows a d1 code and no hot water. But my heating comes on instead! No d1 code in the manual.😕
turned the boiler on and off but nothing!! dont know what else to do??? Any advice would be much appreciated, fed up of going to my mums for a shower now!! 🙁

common fault on this boiler ,the divertor valve is stuck,made of plastic and with heat over time expands and sticks,new divertor valve required
had them go after a few months form new
Is boiler still under cover ??

had it installed approx 10 months ago! my partner sorted it all out and no with him now! 🙁 so no receipt etc what do you suggest??

Do not worry
Ring Ferroli up on Monday and explain and they will send someone out and repair free of charge,may require serial number ,from this they can tell boiler still in cover
as said fault is a common one so will not be a problem
contact details on their web site if you do not have paper work

can't find the serial number??? will I have to take the case off?
