looked at a customers boiler last week, and there finding there are getting no hotwater unless the heating is switched on. Im usually pretty good with faults but cant get round my head this, also doesnt help that they cant find the boilers instructions. My first though was dirverter valve, but surely if that was gone, the hotwater wouldnt work at all?
