Has anybody ever used Firstbathrooms.com, my customers have had a nightmare with them, first the bath was cracked and the toilet was badly moulded,first bathrooms replaced the items, but the toilet again was useless and the lid did not fit,so once again they sent another one ,this time the toilet was cracked inside and they had put some sort of white paste to repair it, this time my customers refused another one and asked for there money back, when they spoke to first bathrooms they were told that the items they had chosen were their budget line but the suit with all the other bits i.e. shower screen ,shower ect ,still cost £500, no where in there advert does it mention budget lines,since this has happened I have looked into the company and other people have had a lot of problems,I feel it is really bad that they can send out such bad products , would advise to give wide birth.

I would say that your customers were mugs in trying to save a few quid and buy off the net.
Use a local plumbers merchant is my best advice.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience, but it's best if you find a supplier, stick with them and they will offer both better customer service to keep you onboard, but also you can "talk" prices with them if you find items cheaper elsewhere.

After 2 attempts at replacing the toilet, I would have requested a full refund. A lesson learned there for you.
