Hi just looking at some pro second opinions on first fix/second fix plumbing quote.
First/second fix 5 radiators, with 2 being upstairs in loft space. Ground floor rads will be chased in and run in copper. Includes pipe fittings and clip fixings.
Remove current combi boiler and fit new high efficient condensing boiler in similar place. Reconfigure any pipe work to suit. Wire in new controls so heating runs well and matches current regs. Fit a system filter to protect. Boiler main eco 30kw 5 year warranty and gas safe.
We will first/second fix hot/cold supplies soil & wastes for- Toilet, Basin free standing bath/tap Shower valve/shower tray/cubicle. Shower waste will have to excavated into floor so shower tray sits. All materials.
We will first /second fix hot/cold supplies & wastes for new kitchen sink position in island,Pipe work to be chased in floor.
