Flues

Hi All

Am I right in thinking that you now can't install any flues if they go thought any other property?, architect what's to flue ground floor flat up though 1st floor and out roof.

Does anyone have a copy of the British standards regarding flues in voids have read tb008.

I'm not actually sure BS5440-1 has been updated to cover it yet, but TB008 Nd the notes for it should cover what you need
I thought they could still go through properties but needed hatches or CO monitor
