gallo gun any good?

hi there i have just read somewhere about a tool called a gallo gun its used to unblock pipe/drain etc and was just wondering if they are any good could i use them on blocked sinks etc and how much are they, sorry also where do i get the co2 cartridges ant advise would be great thanks.
