Thought they all had to have a badge but I've seen a few cheap ones with just a sticker that comes off within a few years!

there is a sticker on the bottom plate mid-right but there is little on it.

if i recall it was a cornish or devon company!

I am fairly sure it is a Burley Flueless Environ, or the rebadged Magiglo version. IIRC they have a paper label, and we know these peel off:

Burley Homepage - Modern Electric Fires,Flueless Gas Fires,Fire Surrounds UK mepage - Modern Electric Fires,Flueless Gas Fires,Fire Surrounds UK

if you can post a pic of the controls, it will be easy to confirm. There will be a gas tap control knob, plus a separate thermostat control.

well done that man..
thats what i recall from the label.

no for the manual and parts list??/?

will it fit on there?

If you mean thermocouple, then, yes it they are standard across most of the Burley ranges. They did change a few years but I am sure they are interchangeable. For older fires, they supply a replacement supply pipe.
