I'm looking to gain employment as an apprentice in Gas Engineering. I have completed level 2 and 3 Plumbing and want to further my skills. I am finding it difficult to find an apprenticeship. (just like the million others)

So here's my question.

Do you think anyone will take me on as an apprenticeship and il pay them £1000 .. Cash .. In 50s.

Do not think a days wages is much of an incentive.......we have very high standards in who we are willing to train and to work with.......what do you look like in PVC and a few studs.....

Don't offer croppie transport . U need to get stago

And all sorts of permits

This was when they tried to move his lunch box

If I was an idiot, I would fall for your offer of £1,000. Trouble is, if anyone accepted the £1,000, you'd soon say (think) you have 'rights'? You'd be asking all the questions under the earth and slowing me down even further. By the end of day 2, I'd give you back the £1,000 plus interest and plead with you to move on😉
Good luck with your search though. I'm sure if you put down your location, someone will PM you and take up the offer.

Can see you`re thinking "Outside the box" which I like, can`t help you but good luck.

Thanks for the replies. Village Idiot it sounds like you have been offered ££ before and took it. I wouldn't give you the money with a name like that anyway you give me the impression you've starred in Little Britain back in the day.

Gas Engineering? Do you mean Engineering with a capital E? If so, then doing an ACS course will not qualify you as a Gas Engineer.
