Hi,
This one should be relatively straightforward for someone who knows there way around these Geberit flushes....
I have attached 2 pictures - one of the system and one of the jet of water.

Can't figure out how to attach images.....
It is on the inlet valve side and as you can see there is a jet of water that does not appear when the tank is filling up
- but as soon as the tank is full - then the jet of water appears.
I have taken that section out and dismantled as much as possible. I got right to the silicon inlet valve diaphragm washer
and i had read somewhere that this may be damaged/cracked. However it is perfectly good shape. Nevertheless I gave it a good wash and replaced it.
I put it all back together and I still get the jet coming out when the tank has filled.
Any Ideas?
