Glow worm Flexicom HX 15 Error code F25

Hi all,

Hoping you can assist as might be easy solution. Have the above boiler installed & still under guarantee & about to call service engineer out.

Initally had multiple probs when purchased with random fault codes, however after visit from service engineer, all went ok until this week ago when getting almost daily code F25 error messages.

From manual, F25 code idicates

• check thermistors are connected to pipes correctly,
• air in the system or
• system is too restrictive.

Obviously technician can check first point, however last two points, is this referring to air in rads of a possible blockage requiring flushing? Apologies, bit of a plumbing luddite and anyone with info/experience of this would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like pump/circulation problems. If the temperature difference between the flow and return thermistors is to great it would show this code, You could call Gloworm out, but the problem could not be with the boiler but your system.

Yes problem with the pump / circulation heating system .
Also automatic by bass installed correct will help .
I had this problem myself .
