Glow Worm MICRON 40FF Boiler Replacement

I'm currently looking for a replacement boiler for a Glow Worm MICRON 40FF. I'm not sure if I need a 15kW or 18kW boiler?
 
Probably best discussed with your installer, but how many rads do you have, what type are they, how big is the hot water cylinder?
