Glow worm ultimate boiler30ff not firing

I have a glow worm ultimate 30ff boiler, install date approx 1995. On the PCB LED 4 doesnt light up, 1-3 are ok. I have fitted a new PCB and air pressure switch. There is no 240v to the second gas valve solenoid. The electrode sparks and the pilot lights up ok. Any ideas please?? thanks

Does the sparking stop? If not suspect reverse polarity. If it does I'd check for power coming out of the pcb to the gas valve. 240 black to blue!
