Glow worm Ultimate faulty

I have a 100ff which will not fire, neon 1 is not lit which indicates a problem with mains supply, however, when you touch the PCB fuse with a multi meter the boiler will fire & go off when you let go. When I say touch its the finest of pressure & the boiler works, anyone got an idea?

Presume just a loose connection or dry joint on the pcb that requires re soldering maybe
