I want an aluminium case for mine. Hate the naff plastic one that my drill & impact driver combination came in.
 
18v makita is a great drill. Not sure how 'heavy duty' a drill you need but mine has never let me down. Bosch multi construction drill bits and there isn't much it can't handle.

I got a cheap Dewaltzing Matilda with 3 batteries for £125 from screwfix before chrimbo. Not Li-Ion but it's a decent drill 🙂
 
On Amazon they have a deal for a 458 with 2 x 3ah batts for £185, better drill and better value all round.

this is the one I got ,thease were £330 last year,its the drill a lot of hire shops lend out,88nm of torque,top of range professional drill,as opposed to the other OP's 50 nm torque with 1 battery for 139.99
