Hi,

I need good quality TRV valves for the Stelrad radiators I am planning to purchase. I am looking for corner angled valves from the wall. I have checked out valves from Drayton but unfortunately they don't do them. Could you please recommend other brands.

Also, if I have TRV valves would I still need to have a lockshield?

Many thanks!

I had a quick scan and I think you may be correct that Drayton don't do corner TRV's.
If I was in that situation I think it would be a case of using an angled TRV (Drayton/Danfoss/Honeywell) then a short length of pipe, a 90 elbow and then back to the wall.
As Steve above says - TRV on one side and a lockshield on the other 😉

Are you talking trv4s or would the RT212 suit you? They definitely do an rt212 corner valve as I fitted one in the last couple of months. Had to ask merchant to order specially though.

boss premium valves never let me down . myson ones are terrible. iflo ones used to be good but they changed them and now trash

Had heads fail on 5 TRV in 10 year old property, Myson TRV.
Toolstation sold complete valve with compatable head at 35% cost of head only from Myson.
2 years on no complaints.

I've always used honeywell trv's and have found them very reliable may not be the cheapest but good quality
