Vaillant Ecotec can be rated down to 8kw on the 831 (28kw heat - 31kw hw) I've got one in my 2 bed mid terraced as I have a thermostatic shower. Best of both worlds.

i really think the main is a more solid boiler than the logic for the money! 🙂 but each to there own, mains are a belting boiler 🙂
