Builder-Got any 4" fittings on the van?
Plumber - got a few odd and sods.
Builder-couldn't let us have some?
Plumber thinks - thought I'd never get rid of those old bits.
Builder- Doesn't look to bad does it?

Also, -
Builder, - "Sure the home owner will be painting it anyhow!"

Bish, bash, bosh...

Installing a new stopcock? Allegedly not much up and down movement on pipework?
Why not do this, if you are a kitchen fitter?

Can't believe he's put a bracket up for the curtain rail. You could rest it on the pipe from the PRV.

If it was me i'd of moved the boiler down and to the right, and ran all the pipework next to the corner boxing, easier to box in with a simple wall unit and panel, lots of access

Fear somebody I know is in for the same, showed me their new sink and waste from Ikea. All rather strange as various bits rotate and extend, all sealed (apparently) with tiny rubber rings.
