Why did you set the burner pressure. I've only ever done these on combustion values with a gas rate to check. Being a fully modulating burner gas pressures I can't see why you would need to do that. And would't you need a differential manometer to get an approximation of the gas pressure

Simon, it was actually a 100m so my mistake there (not actually looking at it, my mate was) but yeah gas rated ok, MI's and manufacturer both say set high fire burner pressure to 8.6mbr and low fire to 1.0mbr. then fga and fine tune.
but you're right on the modulating wessex's. and yeah, you do need a differential manometer. mine's a Testo. nice bit of kit!
