got a call today from a customer whos fan I replaced 3 weeks back on his ideal heap. He wasnt happy as it had brocken down on xmas day with the same fault, so he says. last time he diagnosed it was all down to the aps failing (but the fan had seized on inspection, but he still thought I was ripping him off when I replaced it😡) So today I was informed it was the same fault as last time and all my fault, so I asked how he knew what was wrong, and got no reply apart from I had ruined his xmas and it must be something I had done, so I asked again what was the problem which he didnt have an answer to so I said id pop over and find out what was wrong, then we could apportion any blame if any, and he started shouting, so down went my phone. I presume he's still cold.🙄
However the 2 people who called me out last night have working boilers and were very happy despite the rather high costs for labour. So a polite and friendly customer always gets a good result in my books, does anyone out there consider being shouted at gets better service?😀😀
