Firstly, can anyone direct me to where I can download a C24 manual instead of the Capriz manual.

Situation is that the customer is getting lukewarm water from the Bath, the DHW Pipe from the boiler becomes almost cold when using this (larger) tap. The bathroom and kitchen sinks are ok to be fair.

I've isolated to cold bath tap to see if the mixer was leaking but I get the same effect.

3 Weeks ago an engineer apparently changed the plate to plate H/ex but with little affect. The "New" plate2plate is very hot to the touch but the DHW pipe out is so cool I'm baffled. I was reticent to remove the h/ex at this stage, however I've checked the return filter which was ok. Are there any more filters to check??

B.P. was low but now increased (4 to 9).

Check the ntc sensor, but does sound like it could be a plate issue. You could remove the plate and check what is looks like. If it's blocked up, could need the system cleaning out before putting it back. Could also check to make sure the diverter valve isn't passing.

Simon, seems I'll have to ring the shop to get my manual...it doesn't allow me to download

Folks, the B.P. is steady, the pipework inside is scorchio although I don't have temperatue clamps. It's just not getting out, it has to be the plate to plate i guess, but it is supposed to be new. I'll keep all posted

Hot and cold not reversed? Doubt it just a thought
You say that but I actually did have that with one of these strangely enough. But not the case here mate. I think because of the different flow rates the problem manifests on the bath. It must be that so called new plate 2 plate, it'll just have to come off
