Afternoon Gents, I wonder if someone can help.

I have the attached shower valve at home, the large control being the thermostat and the small the control. The control now just spins around as the washer it would seem has broken. We can use it however by pushing hard and turning but cant turn it off all the way and it drips.

Is there an easy way to repair this washer without taking the whole thing (and probably tiles) out, as I say it doesnt seem like it will come off to replace the washer. Anyway I dont really know what I am looking at and thats why I am here. Thanks in advance for the support.

Tony.
