I've installed a new shower head and hose, replacing an old Aqualisa which started to drip. The new replacement shower head which is smaller than the original also drips.

There's no leaking as expected from the new hose connections with the head or wall elbow. I've removed the cover of the elbow connection and can see a small but constant amount of water coming out even when the shower is switched off.

I've removed the control panel to try and locate the faucet valve which I believe is one of the possible issues. No joy locating (unless accessible behind the control panel mounting bracket), but wanted to consult with the forum members in the first instance on the recommended approach and next steps.

Many thanks.
