My name is kaz,
I passed my plumbing level 2 tach cert in august 2011 and have been on site as a trainee plumber for around 8-9 months.
i have gained alot of experience in that time and in the 1st 2 weeks i could comfortably be left along to do the 1st fixing in the plots and when that was done i moved onto second fixing.
unfortunately my time at this site is up as i was only there for the 1st phase and i am now looking to get back on site ASAP as i need to get signed off to fully complete my nvq.
Here's what i was doing on my last site:
Running pipes for heating + hot & cold water using HEP also copper.
Using plans to ensure all radiator and hot & cold pipe drops are in the correct place.
Installing basins, toilets, showers / shower screens and baths. Also running the waste pipes in the bathroom.
Hanging and piping up radiators for most of a 94 unit development.
Running guttering and rain water down pipes into the drains.
Connecting up the SVP pipes and the vents in the roof.
Running the water main risers from the ground floor to all flats in a 3 story block.
Hot flushing the heating systems.
Commissioning / Testing all sanitary ware = checking for leaks and fixing where needed.
I HOPE U GUYS CAN HELP ME COMPLETE MY NVQ AND GET BACK INTO THE GAME ;-)
