Steve, I went to their Dartford centre for the course last week. Gotta be honest, I learned nothing new. Good if you have no idea of controls at all, but not advanced enough for me. Only cost £30 and I booked it after talking through a problem with someone on their tech line.
I figured I'd be taught lots of fault finding, but basically you listen to a lot of sales talk, then wire an s and a y plan on a board, get given some goodies and go home.
Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear, just my opinion mate.
