hot water tank

I need to replace a hot water tank located in airing cupboard. this is a ex council property, think there maybe aspestos

I do alot of work for the local council and its very rare i come across asbestos in the cylinder cupboards. Like AWheating said pics (some close up and one of the whole cupboard if poss) Out of interest what is wrong with the tank ?

i don't get any hot water.v was told by someone who came to do my loft and cavity insultation

Do you have a boiler too or just an immersion heater?
