Can anyone tell me why after a baths been run, and I put the hot tap on in the kitchen, the hot water starts running again in the bathroom. system is a combi boiler.
Any idear's?

If I previously remember reading correctly, this may be caused by 'back-flow' pressure? Probably need to replace the hot water valve/washer on the bathroom tap but I'll let other's comment.

I think you can get a similar problem on toilet cisterns letting in additional water when a cold water tap is opened. Usually the diaphragm washer needs replacing.
 
i've seen this happening before with lever taps. it will be a quarter turn valve, take the tap head off, there maybe a gland nut which you can tighten, if not then replace the tap valve with a new 1/4 turn valve.
