Hot water tap removal

I am removing a hot water tap as customer does not use and wants the space back under the sink.

Any ideas on covering the hole it will leave in the work top.

not sure are they standard one tap hole diameter.

You'd have to get the exact dimensions but you can purchase disc covers as they would use in a kitchen sink to make it left or right hand drainer
