I'm having some building work done so am moving into a caravan right outside the house. The boiler in caravan is a rightoff so before laying out for a replacement was wondering if anyone could see any problems with linking the caravan up to the house hot water and central heating system.
any advice or thoughts gratefully received.

I suppose you could run up a speedfit link for the hot water but make sure its well lagged and a stop valve on, as long as its temporary. Don't bother with the heating just use a small electric radiator.

Not sure about the caravan pipe size though, is it 10mm?

Also is the hot water from cylinder or combi?

Pipes are 15mm and it would be running of house combi. There are currently radiators in each room but i guess it would'nt be too difficult to swap over to electric.

Yes, a small portable electric radiator will be fine but be careful of the current drawn by these things on full pelt, the other day in a house one melted my extension reel and it was stuck solid to the floorboards!
