Ideal Evo h19

Ust a second opinion really please
just been to an ideal evo he 19 heat only not firing. There is power to the unit fro all external controls but nothing in the boiler only at the terminal block. Have checked board fuse that is fine. I believe it's the pcb and fascia as had a few over the years.
Would you agree or am I missing something????

Sounds like the PCB. Do you get any lights on the front panel?
