ideal logic heat 24 not firing

Am in need of some advice please. My boiler stopped working 10 days ago showing error code fd (no flow), new flow sensor, pump, pcb, a power flush, 3 plumbers & £600 later we're still at fd and boiler not firing up past 4 seconds. Even speaking to ideal they're scratching their heads. Its currently got some cleaning chemicals sitting in it that plumber has said to leave for 3 days then if no change he thinks he may have to take boiler apart and clean the heat exchanger. Any other ideas that might save me time and pennies?

new boiler esp if you have spent 600 on it i wouldn't spend any more and tbh you have spent too much so far
