Ideal Logic plus 24

Hi, I've got this Ideal logic plus24 just fitted it a couple of weeks ago working no problem. Then now its showing a fault ( no water flow lockout), the thing fires up for 20 seconds then chucks it. I've followed the fault finding portion in the manual to no avail.
It states you set the pressure to 1.0 bar, bleed rads, check rad valves open then reset boiler. I've done all of this but still the same, any suggestions will be most welcome. Thanks Ross

, Totaly agree, its only a couple of weeks old, unless your not GSR and fitted it yourself?

Edit, just been through your previous posts looks like you have fitted it yourself and your not GSR?.

No I'm Not GSR BUT I don't touch gas anyway, GSR fitter does this for me He also said pump but wouldn't change it for warranty reasons I phoned Ideal the came out within 1 hour.
He fixed it within 20 minutes. Thanks anyway
