Pipe cutters, - life would be a lot harder without one! Really need pipeslices though, (1 for each pipe size), adjustable spanners, fixed set spanners, hacksaws, footprints (3 sizes), basin spanner, wood saw, pad saw, Stanley Knife, hammers, ..... Cuddly toy.....etc.
Can't really choose!

But close run thing with me pint glass ! :bucktooth:

I work on the breakdown side and I walk into a house with 2 screwdrivers, a pair of grips and a bleed key.
My pockets are full of assorted thermisters and pieces of wire and I can honestly say I only have to return to my van about 30% of the time and the jobs done.

Get yourself a set of 10" cobras or alligators or Bahcos. They do the same job as most 12" grips as they open wide. They also don't fall out your pocket.

I have all the above plus chanellocks, snap-on, footprints and NWS im just saying if i had to have one it would be a 12" waterpump plier in general, actualy i change my mind, its the 9" footprint:smiley2:

A hammer. A ruddy great 4lb club hammer.

I work mainly on the breakdown side of things....and I walk into the house with a great big club hammer, and a can of petrol. I only have to go back to the van 30% of the time...........if I've forgotten my lighter.

Only pulling your leg....I never forget my lighter.

Thinking..... Do you get many callbacks?
