Insantenuos water heater

Hi all, I have customer who is looking for water heater for kitchen sink.

They are looking for insantenuos water heater, but I am struggling to find one for kitchen sinks, does anybody know if there are any for kitchen sinks?

I have fitted loads before but for wash hand basins, and dentists not kitchen sinks.

thetre is one that i think screw fix sell ?? but it is dout 270ish squid iirc, fitted one in a ensuite, shower, and sink, it was a rectangular bout about 300x200

The problem with instantaneous is getting one powerful enough to give you a sink full of water quick enough. Even the 10.8 Kw jobbies haven't got that great a flow rate. You only get about 9 l/min out of a 24Kw combi.

I got it as £139.99, does it still need expansion vessel, T+PRV, reducing valve and check valve?

Their poo! You need to put a big cable in. Seperate breaker. Electrical regs
