Hi Guys,
Sorry for making my first post quite a big one, but I've been searching for options for hours yesterday, and another couple of hours today, and can't find a solution to fit my plans.
I'm looking for a way to change my current central heating system into a 4 zone system. I currently have a combi boiler, with 1 zone, with trv's on all rads except the bathroom, and the myson space heater in the kitchen.
I'm looking for a way to control the downstairs together as 1 zone, with 1 stat/programmer, which will operate 3 rads and the space heater.
I then want each of the 3 bedrooms to be 1 zone each, each with its own stat/programmer, and 1 rad in each.
I'm not sure what to do with the bathroom?
I've been looking at smart heating controls, such as the honeywell evo home, which almost fits the bill, except this seems to use thermostatic rad valves, whereas i want the temp sensor to be in the form of a wall controller for each zone. Is there a way of doing this using smart home automation type controls.
Or alternatively, is it possible to use a manifold like in an underfloor system, and just have a programmable stat/timer in each zone.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Regards
Leon
