They are M&G flues, or should be. These are used by most boiler Manu's. Only screws I've seen/used are the one that comes with the telescopic flue

It should have arrows and lugs on it to locate and secure it

So potentially the flue on the one I looked at hasnt been fitted properly. Sounds like you have to push the elbow down and twist it into position until it locks and cant be just pulled out. Which could explain the issues its having with error code 5 which is gas/air mix and extremely high co levels when analysed on low.

Sounds a pants install

Its got issues but pipework is all sized ok, clipped and neat. Flue needs re-fitting with correct clamps and blow off taking to outside. Only thing worrying me is the gas/air mix on the low setting. When trying to adjust it umade a right row couldnt set it up due to the analyser saturared cell issue. So just had to set it until the noises stopped but had no idea what co2 setting it was on.

set it up on low rate, adjust the gas valve to bin the noise, then stick your fga on it to commision it. None of the flues have clamps, only the telescopic flue comes with self tappers, personally I prefer to self tap the flue joints to be secure in my own mind, not sure why folks think the pump is inaccessable, big white cover comes off and there is the pump 🙂

How sensitive is that screw to set it up? The co2 on the analyser was rising when the screw was turned anti clockwise then dropped to 0. Something which is when it sounded like a jumbo was taking off! Analyser then went off scale in ppm!

not surprised, doesnt take a lot to over adjust, only need max 1/4 turn at a time if that
